Brisas del Mar

Brisas del Mar is located on the eastern side of St. John overlooking Coral Bay, a 30-minute drive from Cruz Bay with fully paved access except for the last half mile dirt road.  The Villa is situated just a 5-minute drive to shops, restaurants and bars in Coral Bay, and the beautiful beach at Salt Pond Bay is only a 15-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and Caribbean Sea breezes from this villa perched 300 feet up on the western hillside overlooking Coral Bay. This quaint harbor is filled with cruising sailboats from St. John and other ports throughout the western hemisphere.
Brisas Del Mar is primarily a one-level villa with the pool and exterior deck directly outside the sliding glass doors and a hot tub on the lower level deck. The living room looks out to the great views of Coral Bay through two sets of screened sliding glass windows.  The house has tiled floors throughout, beamed and vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans in every room.  The living area includes cable TV, DVD/VCR, stereo with CD and cassette deck, books, games, puzzles and colorful tropical artwork. There is ample seating for diners from the casual bar to the formal mahogany table seating six or enjoy the views from the glass-top table on the deck outside seating up to six.	The well equipped kitchen features mahogany cabinets and countertops, a native stone and mahogany island/bar, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and gas stove, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware, and dinnerware. Two telephones, an outdoor gas grill, and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete the at-home-in-paradise atmosphere.  The two en suite bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the villa on the main level to insure maximum privacy, and a third bedroom on the upper level.  The south bedroom is furnished in mahogany and includes a closet safe for your valuables.  A spiral stair leads to the upper-level en suite bedroom with private balcony and spectacular sunrise vistas.
	Relax and enjoy the extensive views of Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands all the way to Virgin Gorda from a  pool-side chaise or the hot tub.  The almost constant tropical breeze and multiple ceiling fans keep the house cool throughout the day and night.  This comfortable villa can accommodate 1 to 3 couples or families young and old.  With 2 bedrooms on the same level as well the living area, deck and pool, all stairs may be avoided by using the rear entrance.
