Sunrise
Sunrise is a recently built three bedroom home on St. John, the smallest of the United States Virgin Islands. She is nestled into the hillside overlooking Coral Bay in the tranquil area known as Calabash Boom. Sit on the deck and enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Virgin Islands, and you will appreciate that there was only one name for our island home.
        The design provides optimum privacy for three couples vacationing together. There are dual master bedrooms with private baths and garden showers tiled in marble. The third bedroom is located on the lower level.  Being of a singular building design allows families the comfort of not being separated.

All three bedrooms have large sliding glass doors opening onto the deck and each master room is furnished with a queen-size four poster bed and separate deck view. Enjoy your tropical retreat while relaxing in the new jacuzzi

A spacious kitchen is provided to tickle the fancy of the gourmet chef or BBQ aficionado. Indoor dining at a large dining room table or alfresco overlooking the sea is for you to decide.

Ceiling fans are located throughout to help along our cooling trade winds. Vaulted ceilings and gracefully arched windows provide a light and airy setting for your island experience. 

An entertainment center with stereo, CD player and VCR is located in the great room sitting area. Sunrise is only minutes from the quaint area of Coral Bay and a scenic 30 minutes from busy Cruz Bay.
The location is ideal for exploring some of our more remote beaches and snorkeling areas of the east end and yet you are only a 15 minute drive to the world famous North Shore beaches. Whatever your pleasure is - for relaxation, quiet walks on the beach, adventures in hiking in the National Park, or activities in and on the water - we have it available. Shopping on St. John is friendly and diverse. Remember, we are duty free.

Rate is for the entire villa, ranges apply to the number of guests based on two per room, contact us for additional details.  Exact season
dates vary year to year.  Holiday rates may apply to Thanksgiving, President's Week, as well the Christmas/New Year's Holiday period

All rates subject to Virgin Island Accommodations Tax and Service Fee.  A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a reservation. 
Total balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time cancelled.
Refund is subject to a 10% service fee on the entire rental amount. Due to this strict policy, we urge you to obtain traveler’s insurance.
